Global Alliance for Genomics and Health
Lindsay Smith is the Clinical and Phenotypic Data Capture Work Stream Manager, based at the Ontario Institute for Cancer Research in Toronto. Her responsibilities support the clinical adoption of genomics through establishing standard ontologies and information models to describe the clinical phenotype for use in genomic medicine and research, including the capture and exchange of information. Lindsay received a Master’s in Molecular Genetics from the University of Toronto, where she researched signaling molecules in rare neuromuscular disorders. Previously, she was a Clinical Research Project Assistant at the Sickkids Peter Gilgan Centre for Research and Learning.
