Rishi Nag is a Technical Program Manager, helping manage the collaborative projects of the Global Alliance for Genomics and Health (GA4GH). This helps GA4GH achieve its aim of establishing a common framework of harmonized approaches to enable effective and responsible sharing of genomic and clinical data. He spent five years as a developer for the Ensembl Genebuild team, developing, maintaining, and running the Ensembl gene annotation system. Rishi developed Bio::DB::HTS, allowing Perl programs to access the high throughput sequencing capabilities of HTSlib.
