The primary outcome of this session is to identify GA4GH's potential roles and opportunities in the context of clinical applications and infrastructure. It will convene a group of interested stakeholders from diverse contributors across multiple Work Streams who are motivated to document gaps and recommendations that could inform strategic direction and result in actionable next steps.

This session aims to stimulate discussion and answer the following:

• Do we, and if so, how do we envision GA4GH and our products fitting into clinical infrastructure? 
• Based on the GA4GH Strategic Road Map, participant expertise, and bandwidth, what type of work would be considered within or outside of our scope? 
• What is our collective interest in closing the gap between clinical systems and GA4GH products? Is this something we should prioritise within the GA4GH community, or is it the responsibility of each vendor to determine how to integrate GA4GH technology into their products?
