In this session, we will provide a brief overview of key initiatives introduced by the GA4GH Implementation Forum (GIF) in 2024, including the GIF Ask Me Anything (AMA) program and GIF Projects. The first half of the session will focus on brainstorming ideas for upcoming GIF AMA sessions in Q3 and Q4 of 2025. We will also feature short presentations on planned or ongoing GIF projects, offering community members an opportunity to learn more, offer ideas, and express interest in participating. The session will conclude with the distribution of an asynchronous feedback form for participants to share their input on what they think GIF's priorities should be. Feedback will be reviewed by GIF Leadership afterwards to inform future priorities. This session structure aims to foster collaboration and momentum while efficiently gathering feedback.
