In alignment with ongoing efforts by the GA4GH technical teams to develop an impact dashboard capable of capturing and communicating real-world impact of biomedical research, the REWS Metrics Working Group has sought to consolidate and coordinate metrics-related activities across GA4GH. This workshop will focus on identifying the different forms of ELSI impact indicators that should be meaningfully measured to reflect the scope and value of GA4GH’s work. Building on the outcomes of this workshop, participants will help shape the development of an article and identify potential metrics for capturing these impacts together with the GA4GH metrics dashboard team. The session will use a Miro board to support interactive and inclusive participation. Overall, the workshop aims to strengthen alignment between GA4GH Work Streams, enhance the visibility of ELSI contributions, and help identify areas where additional development or methodological work is needed to more fully capture GA4GH’s impact.
