The GA4GH Implementation Forum (GIF) is where standards meet reality. GIF brings together the teams building and deploying GA4GH standards through a set of focused projects that push adoption forward. This session is the beginning. Each approved project gets the floor to walk through its goals, scope, timeline, and what success looks like. If you are new to GIF, this is the fastest way to understand what the community is working on and where you might engage. If you are leading a project, it is your chance to recruit collaborators and get early feedback before the work ramps up. Expect short, punchy presentations followed by questions from the room. You will leave knowing who is doing what, which projects overlap with your own interests, and where fresh hands would be welcome.
