CNCB Cloud: An Integrated Platform for Biomedical Data, Workflows, and Scalable Computing

Abstract
CNCB Cloud is an integrated biomedical research platform that brings together large-scale data resources, bioinformatics software, reusable workflows, interactive analysis and heterogeneous computing. The platform coordinates storage, software delivery, workflow execution and resource scheduling across cloud, container, virtual-machine and HPC environments. CNCB Cloud currently supports more than 100+ PB of core data, 1000+ tools, over 20 databases, 500+ workflows and multiple execution modes. GA4GH DUO, DRS, WES and TES are implemented as an interoperability extension for governed data use, distributed references, portable workflow submission and backend-independent task execution.
