Abstract
The Reference Cloud would server as GA4GH's “Mini-GA4GH Data Portal”, providing a living instance of how our standards are expected to behave and interoperate. It will be usable for demos & workshops while also model an implementation for the testbed. On the data front, raw data hosted by AWS via their Registry of Open Data program will be used with the Reference Cloud providing a GA4GH wrapper and metadata layer around the raw data. The initial pass would be demonstrating a combination of DRS with Passports, and would be expanded to cover more use cases. Through the poster, feedback would be received on other use-cases to be introduced into the Reference Cloud's roadmap.
