Description
We have developed a computational platform for the analysis of patient genomes with the aim to identify specific gene and protein targets associated with disease. The platform has continuously developed as an integrated pipeline of state of the art algorithms and clinical databases to perform complex tasks associated to the analysis of genomics data.
