Shaikh Rashid is a Senior Application Development Specialist at the University Health Network (UHN). As a part of the CanDIG project, a distributed genomics data platform, Shaikh’s research and work focuses on systems architecture, cloud/HPC, and variant analysis. Shaikh is deeply involved in the application of GA4GH Cloud API standards and actively participating in discussions and working groups with international collaborators.
