Accommodations are available at the meeting venue, Congressi Stefano Franscini, as well as in the surrounding Ascona city centre a hilly 1km (~20 min) walk away. GA4GH will have shuttle buses running between the venue and Hotel La Perla. Please note that in-person registration for the meeting is now closed.

It's going to be rainy season. Bring umbrella, rain jackets, and comfortable walking shoes.

• Breakfast: you may eat breakfast at the Monte Verità conference centre or your hotel if you are staying elsewhere.
• Lunch and coffee breaks: Monte Verità will provide lunch, coffee, and snacks for all attendees between 14:30 and 15:00 CEST every day. 

• Dinner: if you pre-registered for dinner at Monte Verità, please be at Sala Luce by 19:00 CEST. Walk-in dinners are not available at Monte Verità. Additional dining options can be found in town (view recommendations).

*In order to guarantee quality food and service, the Monte Verità staff kindly ask all participants to arrive for lunch and dinner on time. Lunch and dinner will begin once the majority of participants are seated. For logistical purposes, all attendees must exit Sala Luce once lunch and dinner services have concluded. If people need more time to eat, they may take their food to the Balint Hall terrace.
