The Sequence Annotation (SA) group has been working to identify concordance among the data models of major annotation providers (e.g. RefSeq, Ensembl, Alliance of Genome Resources). In this session, we’ll present our findings along with the first iteration of our proposed core conceptual model (v0.1). Discussion will focus on identifying potential Driver Projects leading towards a project proposal for a v1.0 GA4GH SA data model standard.
