This session will identify continuing cross-Work-Stream themes from the Computable Cohort hackathon in 2023, such as:

—DARathon: how to make a successful data application;

—developing shared understanding of GA4GH and other standards, and how they allow assembly of cohorts based on domain-specific phenotypic and sample data (Data Connect, Beacon, Phenopackets, FHIR);

—continuing with the asthma example as test case, and identifying up to two scientific use cases that would benefit from aggregating data or workflow results from dbGap, EGA, and JGA;

—planning a GIF Project and/or hackathon as future collaborative activities.
