Jordi Rambla (PhD in Biomedicine) is the European Genome-phenome Archive (EGA) Team Head at CRG (Barcelona) and associated professor in the Universitat Pompeu Fabra (UPF). He has a long experience in IT solutions for data preparation & analysis, and has been a speaker about these topics in dozens of conferences and trainings. He is involved in GA4GH since 2014, in particular with the Discovery WS. He has lead tasks and work packages in projects related to sensitive human data (genomics, phenoclinical and imaging), in data management, data access and federated data discovery topics.
