Legal analysis on how the European genomics initiatives could lawfully transfer their data to the proposed European Genomic Data Infrastructure consortium; analysis on how the European Health Data Space (EHDS) Regulation could affect genomic and related health data collections stored by research organizations participating in European genomic initiatives;
Consent requirements for secondary use of genomic data in compliance with the GDPR regarding European genomic research projects;
Other relevant ethical requirements, such as secrecy of health care professionals and information to individuals, whose genome processed for secondary use, scientific research purposes;
Other conditions, especially focusing on citizens' engagements and information to citizens on the research results.
