• A large environmental protest is planned starting Friday, 21 April, in front of the Houses of Parliament, approximately half a mile from the venue and near some of the listed hotels. Road closures and safety conditions may change rapidly.
• The London Marathon on Sunday, April 23, passes near the venue and some of the listed hotels. Crowds and closures may affect the area starting several days before the marathon.
