What hope is there of racial equity transformation if merely discussing race related matters leaves even the most ardent of allies frustrated and discouraged, and those determined to fight for equity, inclusion and diversity, worn out and resentful? The truth is, talking about what needs to change is easy. Talking to each other about making that change is hard - but it needn't be. In his keynote remarks, Glenn Singleton will share simple tools we all can use to assist us in having effective interracial dialogue for the sake of not merely getting a personal point across, but for the purpose of appreciating, understanding and learning from the viewpoints and experiences of those who are not like us.
