Size restrictions
Posters must be no larger than 3ft. high by 5ft. wide so that the poster board may accommodate your poster.
Printing
Attend a training session with BITS staff to learn poster-printing best practices and troubleshooting tips and to ask questions. Broadies are welcome to drop in at any point during the scheduled hour of training.

The Broad IT Wiki page on Poster Printing provides information on printing, printer locations, and troubleshooting. For further printing assistance, email help@broadinstitute.org or swing by the BITStop on the 6th floor of 75 Ames.
There will be a supply of poster tubes next to each poster printer for your convenience. Poster printers can be found at 415M, 75A, and 320C.
Mounting
Push-pins only. These will be provided.
General Information Desk
After checking in at registration desk, please proceed to the Poster Information desk for poster check-in, located on the 2nd floor of the Hynes Convention Center, just outside of the Veterans Memorial Auditorium. You will once again receive your poster number assignment, then be directed to the poster room, Veterans Memorial Auditorium. There is only one poster per board.
