💡 Have an idea for Connect? We are accepting proposals for sessions!
All members of the GA4GH community are welcome to propose a session that highlights cross-collaboration, emerging priorities, or critical conversations that benefit from in-person engagement. Connect sessions are designed to spark discussion, drive collaboration, and bring forward the most pressing topics for our community.
Submissions will be collected through Nolt, where community members can also view and engage with other proposals. While a Nolt account is not required to submit or participate, we encourage you to create one, as it helps us easily identify contributors and follow up with any questions.

Opens: 1 December
Closes: 30Â January
Secretariat review: 2 to 13 February
Sessions confirmed: 20 February

Everyone in the GA4GH community is invited to review the proposals, leave comments, and upvote sessions that resonate with them. Your input helps us understand community needs, priorities, and areas of interest.

Evaluation criteria
✅ The GA4GH Secretariat will review all proposals with consideration for:
- community interest and engagement;
- relevance to GA4GH's mission and strategic goals;
- the need for real-time, in-person discussion;
- potential to encourage cross-Work-Stream collaboration and broad engagement
