| Developing a Framework for Partnerships | 2:15 PM - 3:45 PM | The session aims to develop a two-tiered framework for international partnerships that respects non-western data ownership and ensures bi-directional knowledge exchange, with static principles for general behavior and specific principles for data contributors and users. |
| Consent Considerations for Pangenome References | 4:15 PM - 5:45 PM | The session aims to identify and discuss issues of consent that must be considered for a pangenome reference with open data sharing (acknowledging that open data sharing is not universal). The purpose of this workshop is to explore how the GA4GH consent toolkit can be expanded to consider consent in the context of pangenome reference resources and open data sharing in the HPP. |
