Dimensions
Please ensure that your poster is prepared in vertical (portrait) orientation, using the dimensions: 35.4 inches/90cm wide by 47.2 inches/120cm high.
Content and design
- Ensure the poster is readable from distances of at least 3 feet/90 cm
- Include the title, authors, and affiliations in the heading
- The content of the poster should be visual and targeted to a general audience
Printing
Poster printing will be the responsibility of the presenter.
If you wish to print your poster locally in Uppsala, we recommend using the KHP Print portal here:

The portal allows you to pay directly for printing (850 SEK incl. VAT) and includes direct shipping to the venue. Please ensure your files are uploaded by October 1.
Alternative options to print in Uppsala:
Fyris-tryck
- Price: 1094 SEK (including delivery to the venue); 750 SEK (excluding delivery, if you prefer to pick up at the printer)
- Order deadline: October 1
- Order via info@fyris-tryck.se, mark the order as "GA4GH poster" and attach your poster in .pdf with bleed
X-O Graf
- Price: 625 SEK (including delivery to the venue)
- Order deadline: September 30
- Order via par@xograf.se, mark the order as "GA4GH poster"
- Payment is through invoice, give invoice details in your order
Poster mounting
Posters will be mounted on Floor 3. Please find your poster number and the location where you will mount your poster in the poster guide.
If you choose to have your poster printed and delivered by a local printer, our staff will mount it in your assigned spaced for you.
