Uppsala Konsert & Kongress,
Vaksala Square 1, Uppsala
We are sharing the map and accompanying instructions to help guide you to each of our event and meeting locations.

Arriving at the Conference
There are two entrances to the Uppsala Konsert & Kongress building, one off of Vaksala Square and one off of Storgatan. We recommend that you enter through the Vaksala Square (torg) entrance, as this will have quicker access to the 13th Plenary registration table. There is a coat room available on Floor 1. Registration will take place on Floor 2 (which is the ground floor on which you enter the building). There will be signs to guide attendees throughout the building.
Conference registration
Once you arrive at the conference address (listed above), please start at the registration desk on Floor 2 (ground floor, indicated on the map). Here, you will collect your name badge, which you are expected to wear through the entire duration of the event (to receive your meals and to ensure a secure event). You must be able to show some form of identification at registration (either an ID card or the Plenary registration confirmation email) to collect your name badge.

Posters will be moved to Hall D (the lunch room) on Floor 2, during this period.
