Poster Guide: GA4GH 13th Plenary

Poster mounting

Please mount your posters on Floor 3 by 9:00 AM CEST on Monday, 6 October. Your poster number and the location where you will mount your poster can be found below.

If your poster was printed through the portal we provided and is being shipped directly to the venue, our staff will take care of mounting it for you.

Posters will be moved to Hall D on Floor 2 for the Interoperability Showcase and Poster Session on Tuesday, 7 October.

Poster removal

Posters will remain on display for the duration of the event until Friday, 10 October.

If you wish to keep your poster, please remove it by 4:30 PM CEST on Friday. Any posters left behind will be discarded by staff.
