Interoperability Showcase: poster session and networking

The 14th Plenary poster session will be held from 17:00pm to 19:00pm on 30 September in the Level 6 foyer. This session will showcase the work of GA4GH, the global genomics community, and related initiatives advancing the responsible, voluntary, and secure sharing of genomic and health-related data.

Poster Presentation Format

Poster presenters are required to prepare a physical poster in A0 size — 84.1cm width × 118.9cm height — in portrait orientation for mounting onto the provided display panel.

Poster Setup: Tuesday, 29 September 2026, 7:30am – 8:30am (SGT / GMT+8)

Please check in at the poster table on Level 6 and mount your poster on your allocated board by 8:30am (SGT / GMT+8) on Tuesday, 29 September.

Poster Tear Down: Friday, 2 October 2026, 16:00pm – 17:30pm (SGT / GMT+8)

Posters will be kept up for the duration of the meeting. All poster displays must be removed by 17:30pm (SGT / GMT+8) on Friday, 2 October 2026. Any unattended posters will be disposed of thereafter.
