How do I register for in-person attendance?
Event registration can be found here. Anyone can register for in-person attendance for the Plenary and Connect portion of the meeting. In-person attendance has an accompanying registration fee, with different prices associated with different types of registrant. View the event website for a table of registration fees. If you believe the automatically generated fee is incorrect, please reach out to us at operations@ga4gh.org. If your registration fee is a barrier to participation, please complete this form to register your interest in financial support.
In-person National Initiatives Forum (NIF) attendance is by invitation and application only (application available here).
How do I register for virtual attendance?
Virtual attendance, which will have no registration fee, is available for NIF and Connect meetings only. Plenary videos and meeting materials will be made available following the event, in lieu of virtual participation.
Is there an agenda available?
A preliminary agenda can be found here, with information about each of the three meetings (NIF, Plenary, and Connect). More comprehensive agendas for each meeting will be released in May.
When does registration end?
The registration timeline for in-person registration can be found below. Each successive window will result in increased registration fees.
Early Bird: 5 March to 14 May
Regular: 15 May to 14 August
Late: 15 August to 11 September
Onsite registration: available throughout the meeting with a higher fee
Why has there been an update to registration fees?
In order to ensure the financial sustainability of the GA4GH Plenary meetings, new registration tiers have been introduced. If registration costs are a barrier to your participation, please complete this form to register your interest in financial support.

How do I get to the venue?
Cabs, ride-hailing services, or public transportation are available from Changi International Airport to One Farrer Hotel.
To get to the One Farrer Hotel via Singapore MRT (Mass Rapid Transportation), you may follow the below instructions. The nearest MRT Station is Farrer Park Station, Exit A.
1) Take the EW Line from Changi Airport to Outram Park MRT Station
2) Change train lines to the NE Line (towards Punggol Coast) and alight at Farrer Park Station
3) Take Exit A and walk towards Farrer Park Station Road. Turn left to see One Farrer Hotel

What visa do I need to have to travel to Singapore?
A visa may be required to enter Singapore. Entry requirements to Singapore can be found here. Visa requirements can be found here. Please review Singapore government travel policies before travelling.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes. Please tell us about any dietary restrictions when you register for the event. If you need to alter your preferences, please contact ga4gh14plenary@events-sp.com.
Can I present a poster at 14th Plenary?
All attendees can submit a poster abstract for topics that showcase or relate to GA4GH work. More information about poster submissions can be found here. Abstracts are due on 17 July, and submissions will be evaluated by GA4GH staff based on scientific merit and relevance to the GA4GH Strategic Road Map.
Can my organisation help sponsor the meeting?

Is funding support available?
GA4GH has a limited amount of funding to support the attendance of invited guests, speakers, and participants at GA4GH meetings. Eligibility requirements include:
- having a financial need;
- having a specific role at the meeting;
- inability to participate remotely;
- residing in an underrepresented population within GA4GH or from a low to middle income country;
- having a meaningful impact on the meeting or its outcomes;
- being an active member of the GA4GH contributor community.
If you meet some or all of the above eligibility requirements, you may submit this Financial Support Request form by 2 June 2026. Applying does not guarantee financial support. The GA4GH team will be in touch with financial support recipients a few weeks after the submission deadline.
